Admitted to the California Bar in 2006, John Van Geffen has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in both state and federal courts.  His experience in torts, employment law and workers' compensation gives John a unique angle in each task he takes on.

Graduating from Santa Clara School of Law where he concentrated in International Law and Global policy, John was an editor for the Santa Clara Computer & High Tech Law Journal and enjoyed competing in various international moot courts.

When not practicing law, John is playing guitar, riding anything shaped like a board, and enjoying the art of cooking.  Having circumnavigated the globe, John has had the distinct pleasure of scuba diving in the Seychelles Islands, and swimming with Great White Sharks in South Africa.
